Open Air Photo Booth Rental in Dallas & DFW
Our open air photo booth rental in Dallas is built for big groups and busy rooms. There is no enclosure — just a professional DSLR camera, studio flash, a backdrop and a friendly touch screen — so ten people can pile into one frame and the whole room can watch the fun. Guests see their pose on screen before each shot, then print, text or email the result. A second screen on the back of the booth runs a live slideshow of the night.

Friday and Saturday evening events (starting or ending after 4 PM) carry a three-hour minimum.
How it works at your event
Our attendant arrives about an hour and a half before your booth start time to set up and test, and breaks down at the end of your rental. If your venue needs us in and out earlier — a hotel ballroom that flips rooms, for example — tell us when you book and we will plan the load-in around it. We can handle commercial staircases and elevators; just let us know in advance if there are stairs involved.
Guests step up to the backdrop, tap the screen and pose. Because there are no walls, the open air booth handles large groups and high-traffic events — trade shows, company parties, festivals — far faster than an enclosed booth. Swap the standard backdrop for a printed step-and-repeat and you have a red-carpet moment; add our green screen and you can send guests anywhere.
Space and power
Plan for the camera tower, the backdrop (our step-and-repeat is 8 ft × 8 ft) and enough depth between them for a group to stand comfortably, plus a prop table. We confirm the exact footprint for your layout when you book.
Power is simple: one standard 15-amp household circuit and a regular (non-GFI) outlet within reach of the booth. The one thing we ask is that the circuit is not shared with a DJ rig, bounce house or sound system, because a tripped breaker mid-event is the last thing anyone wants.
Outdoors works well as long as the booth is in a shaded spot out of direct sun (Texas heat and camera equipment do not mix). If there is no cover we can bring a pop-up tent.

We are based in Frisco and work across the whole Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Addison, Carrollton, Lewisville, Garland, Irving, Arlington, Denton, Prosper, Aubrey, Argyle, Mansfield and Waxahachie. If your venue is within about 30 miles of our Frisco warehouse we can usually set up early and come back for your start time at no extra charge; further out, just tell us the venue and we will plan the load-in around it.
